to alert / torment the judges.
FRAUDULENT BANKRUPTCY OF THE BANK OF RELIGIONS,
A LEGAL MONSTROSITY
Due to the fact that the ex- government adviser, Fănel Pavalache has unveiled in
his statements the names of the heads of the " Bank Bankruptcy Mafia" - "The
evil triumvirate" , considering the ex- Minister of Justice, Valeriu Stoica, as the
most important person in this matter, we show how his justice - in 2000 and the
following years - applied the legal provisions in the beginning of the
premeditated bankruptcy of the International Bank of Religions:
1. On June 29 2000, under No. XI/G/133, the National Bank of Romania - the

Governor's Cabinet issued a written application to the Bucharest Court -
Commercial Section requesting the bankruptcy procedure for the International
Bank of Religions.
In this document, the National Bank of Romania is represented by Mr. Emil Iota
Ghizari as "Governor", the document mentioning as Signatory, "Governor Emil
Iota Ghizari", but the signature belongs to another unidentified person.
Regarding the quality of "Governor of BNR" of Mr. Emil Iota Ghizari, the
following aspects are to be made:
a) By the address no. 2203 of June 17, 2002 The Autonomous Registry "Official
Gazette", states the following:
"We inform you that in December 1999 - December 2000, a decision of the
Romanian Parliament by which Emil Iota Ghizari was appointed as Governor of
the National Bank of Romania was not published in the Official Gazette of
Romania" (see the document no.5)
b) The Legislative Council, by the address No. R/931 of 18.09.2002, states that:
"According to art. 34 par. 3 of the Law no. 101/1998 on the Statute of the National
Bank of Romania, with the subsequent amendments and completions, the
members of the Board of Directors of the National Bank of Romania, nominated
by the executive management, are appointed by the Parliament, at the proposal of
the standing committees of the two Chambers of Parliament.
"Article 36 (5) of the same Act stipulates that if the Governor is absent or unable
to act, he will be replaced by the First Deputy Governor."
