"During the period July 10 2000 to August 31 2001, the expenditures amounted
to ROL 211,135,361,000."
"The fee for the liquidator amounts to 55,251,629,837 lei".
Summing up the two digits we find that almost 50% of the proceeds were
consumed by the liquidator.
Another example:
In the Report of the liquidator lodged at the court on September 5, 2002 it is stated
that:
"Out of the total amount of ROL 84,787,851,660, collected between June 27
th
2002 and August 31 2002, there were made expenses of ROL 28,125,264,685,
st
and the liquidator's fee was of ROL 8,071,803,478."
It has been shown above that the expenditures are the employees’ salaries,
"liquidity bonuses" etc.
Everything was a real robbery over the funds of the International Bank of
Religions in a generous manner and having the agreement of the syndic judges
who were slaves of the interest group called the "Bank Bankruptcy Mafia".
Simultaneously with the huge expenses made by the liquidator, they granted
discounts and other facilities to BIR receivables, in the order of hundreds of
billions of ROL.
For example, we present extracts from the Report of the liquidator no. 17:
th
"The total facilities approved by the liquidator in the period July 10 2000 – April
th
30 2002 amount to over 546 billion lei", and the bank's assets (real estate, land,
etc.) were alienated at ridiculous prices of 20-50% of the book value, real value
or market value (see document 11)
The robbery made by the liquidator on the BIR patrimony is also asserted by the
following example: the sale of 15 ha. land in the town of Breaza - Prahova, worth
more than 6 million dollars: one square meter of land was sold at that time with
USD 40-50; the 15 ha. were sold at $ 0.25 / sq.m. Who was the happy buyer?
None other than the liquidator Arin Stanescu's driver!
The criminal complaint filed at the DNA (National Anticorruption Department)-
Ploieşti, by the representative of the BIR shareholders was dismissed by the head
of the territorial structure DNA - Prahova, a certain prosecutor Onea, in present
being sued by the Judicial Inspection for serious deviations from the
deontological terms of the profession of prosecutor.
